Nemo Vista graduates playing in college

Four recent graduates of Nemo Vista High School will be participating in a college sport.

Isaiah Criswell will be playing basketball for Central Baptist College in Conway. The Mustangs compete in the American Midwest Conference of the NAIA Division, National Christian College Athletic Association.

Isaiah participated in basketball for Nemo Vista, where he received all-conference honors. He was a member of the Arkansas Sleepers and the Arkansas Swag summer basketball teams. Isaiah is a son of Derrick Criswell and Alicia Nations.

Kaleigh Johnson will be running track for Hendrix College in Conway. The Warriors compete in the Southern Athletic Association Conference of the NCAA Division III.

Kaleigh participated in track, softball and basketball for Nemo Vista, where she received all-state honors for track and won the 400m her junior and senior year. She also participated in the 1 mile, 100m and 200m individual, 4X100m relay and the 4X400m relay. Kaleigh is a daughter of Chad Johnson and Tammy Doughty.

Chase Paladino will be playing softball for Hendrix College in Conway. The Warriors compete in the Southern Athletic Association Conference of the NCAA Division III.

Chase participated in both softball and basketball for Nemo Vista, where she received all-conference and all-regional honors and all-state honors.

She was named to the all-state tournament team in softball and basketball, and was MVP of the state basketball tournament her sophomore year.

She was the Wendy’s Heisman recipient and was selected to play in the 2016 All-Star Softball Game.

Chase is a daughter of Matthew and Crystal Paladino.

Ethan Roberts will be playing baseball for Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge. The Eagles compete in the American Midwest Conference in the NAIA.

Ethan participated in both baseball and basketball at Nemo Vista, where he received all-conference and all-regional honors, all-state honors and was named to the all-state tournament team in baseball. He was the Wendy’s Heisman recipient and was selected to play in the 2016 All-Star Baseball Game.

Ethan is a son of Keith Wofford and Anna Rohlman and the grandson of Pat and Linda Roberts.
