Annual KLIFE golf tourney planned Sept. 29 in Searcy

KLIFE Searcy will host its Eighth Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, Sept. 29. The four-man scramble will take place on the Course at River Oaks, 1 Golf Course Dr., with lunch at 11:30 a.m. and shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.

“We love the opportunity to connect community members to our mission, which is to encourage youth to learn about God’s word,” said KLIFE Board President Richard Stafford, a Searcy resident. “Our golf tournament gives us a chance to recognize local partners and share good stories about youth who had positive experiences in KLIFE.”

As a non-denominational Christian ministry, KLIFE offers discipleship and fellowship for local youth from fifth through 12th grades.

Activities include weekly club meeting, small group Bible studies, monthly events and mission trips. The ministry even offers one-on-one mentoring for students to provide them with extra encouragement.

To register for the four-man scramble, call 501.699.0386 or email Matt Berry at [email protected]. Connect with KLIFE by visiting searcy.klife.com or facebook.com/Searcyklife/
