Women’s Foundation of Arkansas appoints Chief Growth Officer

LITTLE ROCK — The Women’s Foundation of Arkansas (WFA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Snyder Riffle as chief growth officer, effective October 1. In this newly created role, Riffle will be instrumental in advancing the WFA’s mission to empower women and girls across the state. She will lead the development of comprehensive communications and marketing strategies, drive brand awareness and engagement and strengthen support for WFA’s programs and initiatives from individuals, corporations and foundations.

Before joining WFA, Riffle served as chief development officer at the Arkansas Foodbank, where she raised critical support for programs serving around 280,000 Arkansans each year. With more than a decade of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, including key roles at the Boys & Girls Club of Central Arkansas and Acxiom Corporation, Riffle brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, relationship management and fundraising. 

In 2020, she was recognized as a “Woman to Watch” by Little Rock Soirée, and in 2022, she was named one of Arkansas Business’s “40 Under 40” honorees. She is a graduate of the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Little Rock program and the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Leadership Arkansas program. Sarah is also a proud member of Rotary Club 99 and alumnus of Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
