Little Rock Women’s Golf finishes 5th after two weeks on the road

BOULDER CITY, Nev. — Tuesday marked the final day of competition for the Little Rock women’s golf team, after being on the road for two weeks, as the ladies finished in 5th place at the 2024 Jackrabbit Invitational at Boulder Creek Golf Club.

Little Rock finished with a three-round team total of 898 (290-300-303). South Dakota State claimed the team title at 15-over (879), while North Dakota State and St. Thomas tied for second at 24-over.

Eleonore Aernouts led the way for Little Rock, finishing tied for 5th overall at 2-over (218) after posting steady rounds of 72-74-72. Senior Anna Dawson followed with a strong performance, tying for 16th at 8-over (224).

Celebrating her birthday on the course, Elvira Flodström wrapped up her tournament at 11-over (227) with rounds of 74-72-81. Katja Mueller finished tied for 40th at 13-over (229), while Fehild Graesel rounded out the Trojans’ lineup, shooting 81-85-82 to finish 32-over and tied for 78th.

It was a solid showing for the team, with two players finishing inside the top 20.
