MOUNTAIN HOME – Playing for the first time in two weeks, Central Baptist College women’s golf was on course at the Big Creek Golf and Country Club on Monday and Tuesday for the Battle at Big Creek. Alyssa Hagewood, Laney Crutchfield and Abby Kirby all teed off in the event for the Mustangs. 

Hagewood finished in a tie for fifth, posting a two round score of 160, nine shots behind the winner from Blue Mountain Christian. Crutchfield shot a two round score of 186 and Kirby posted a score of 198.

The Mustangs are back on the course on April 17 at the MBU Spring Invitational at the Spencer Olin Golf Course in Alton, Ill.
