College Sports Communicators unveil academic honors

SEARCY — College Sports Communicators (CSC), formerly known as CoSIDA, has recently unveiled the Academic All-District teams for the fall semester. To be eligible for this recognition, student-athletes must have completed their sophomore seasons both academically and athletically, maintained a GPA of 3.50 or higher, and participated in 90% or more of the team’s games or started 66% or more of the team’s games.

Harding’s University’s Georgios Petousis finished the fall semester with a 3.94 GPA.

The released teams encompass men’s soccer, women’s soccer, volleyball, and football. Cross-country will be incorporated into the spring semester along with track and field.
