06 Aug 2012 WRI culinary class – 'Herbs & Spices'
Executive chef/culinary director Chef Robert Hall will teach the class, which will give participants an opportunity to experience a wide variety of smells and flavors and learn to enhance food with herbs and spices while cutting down on fat, salt, and sugar.
The "Made from Scratch" Culinary Workshops offer every “cheficinado” an opportunity to test out and develop new skills and techniques by attending a wholesome, hands-on cooking class at Winthrop Rockefeller Institute.
Classes are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are $80 per person.
