Women’s Leadership Network seeks vendors for upcoming business showcase

CONWAY — The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) will host its seventh annual Women’s Business Showcase from 12 noon to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, at the Conway Expo Center. Admission is free and open to the public. In the spirit of community impact, WLN invites guests to bring donations of feminine hygiene products, which will be collected and distributed to local organizations serving women and families in need.

New this year, the showcase has expanded and moved to the Conway Expo Center to accommodate growing demand for vendor space and an increasingly large crowd. The event will feature an expanded marketplace and new opportunities for participation, including local restaurants, which are now invited to participate and sell food onsite.

In addition, eligibility has been broadened. The showcase is now open to women-owned, women-led, women-managed businesses, and young female entrepreneurs aged 13-17, creating greater access and representation for women entrepreneurs and leaders across industries.

“We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past six years,” said Dr. Shaneil Ealy, Executive Director of WLN. “Moving to the Conway Expo Center allows us to create more space for vendors, welcome more guests, and elevate the overall experience. This event continues to be a powerful platform for women to showcase their businesses, build meaningful connections and grow their visibility in the community.”

The Women’s Business Showcase is also expanding its audience. Families and men are welcome to attend, making it a true community-wide celebration of women in business.

More than 100 businesses are expected to participate, offering a wide variety of products and services. Guests can enjoy shopping, food from participating restaurants, door prizes and networking throughout the day.

Vendor applications are now open. Women-owned, women-led, women-managed businesses and young female entrepreneurs aged 13-17 interested in participating are encouraged to apply at wlnarkansas.org/events. The 2026 Women’s Business Showcase is proudly sponsored by the Arkansas Black Philanthropy Collaborative.
