Women’s Leadership Network debuts Royal Gala event Nov. 30

CONWAY — The Women’s Leadership Network will debut the” WLN Royal Gala, A Bridgerton-inspired experience” from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 30, at Legacy Acres, 100 Legacy Acres Dr., Conway. WLN was recently approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charity and this premiere fundraiser will further their mission to improve the lives of women.

The WLN board of directors has planned a night of elegance and enchantment that is inspired by a popular TV series. “Bridgerton” is an American historical fiction-romance streaming series on Netflix that is set during the Regency era in London. Learn more and purchase tickets here.

“We invite guests to transport themselves to the Regency era as we recreate the glamour and romance of London circa 1813,” said Shaneil Ealy, Ed.D., CPP, Associate VP of the Division of Outreach and Community Engagement at the University of Central Arkansas. “This experience is complete with horse-drawn carriage rides, elegant dinner, live music, entertainment and dancing!” Ealy oversees the WLN.

Guests are invited to adorn Victorian-era gowns, while men should wear formal suits. For inspiration, visit (172) Pinterest.

Event proceeds will support the WLN, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to live authentically and become agents of influence. 501 LIFE Magazine is a sponsor of the event.
