LITTLE ROCK — Winners in the Floral Express flower arranging divisions were announced Oct. 21 following competition at the 2021 Arkansas State Fair. 

Winners include: 

FLORAL EXPRESS – KIDS 6-12 YEARS OLD

1ST PLACE (Best of Show): Liam Lewis, Little Rock (Pulaski County) 

2ND PLACE:  Jason McCraw, Alexander (Pulaski County)

3RD PLACE:  Olivia Lewis, Little Rock (Pulaski County)

FLORAL EXPRESS – KIDS 13-18 YEARS OLD 

1ST PLACE (Best of Show): Hunter Wilson, Wynne (Cross County) 

2ND PLACE:  Lauren Elliott, Maumelle (Pulaski County)

FLORAL EXPRESS – ADULTS

1ST PLACE (Best of Show): Joann Miller, Greenbrier (Faulkner County) 

First place winner Joann Miller of Greenbrier.

2ND PLACE:  Michelle Elliott, Maumelle (Pulaski County)

Second place winner Michelle Elliott of Maumelle.


3RD PLACE:  Tammy Sue Pope, North Little Rock (Pulaski County)

Third place winner Tammy Sue Pope of N. Little Rock.
