The 16th Annual Splash of Red, held at Hot Springs Memorial Field in Hanger A-4, will be held 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 30.

Hosted by the Garland County Circle of Friends, all money raised at Splash of Red supports Arkansas Children’s. Involvement from the Garland County community helps the group build a remarkable evening for the most worthwhile cause of all – children. 

Organizers offered a special thanks to this year’s presenting sponsor: Signature Events, Event Planning and Design; diamond sponsors: Lockheed Martin and Windows USA; and platinum sponsor: Oaklawn Racing and Gaming.

This year’s Splash of Red Event will be one to remember. Angel One Flight is scheduled to be in attendance for guests to examine, take pictures and allow them to see up close what it takes to save lives. In addition to Angel One, guests will also be able to meet some of the champions and learn their amazing stories of survival and hope. 

Guests will enjoy cuisine from Taco Mama, LostHorn BBQ and Taste of Eden; beverages donated by Arkansas Beverage and Tri Lakes Liquor; dancing to the sounds of Tara and Brent (formerly of Moxie) and Central  Arkansas  DJ Service; and exciting live and silent auctions. 

All proceeds from the event benefit Arkansas Children’s Hospital to serve children and their families. Tickets are $85 and can be purchased at giving.archildrens.org/splash. VIP reserved tables of 10 are also available for $1,250 or VIP tables of six for $750.

Last year, there were more than 435,136 patient visits in FY17 at ACH including more than 8,000 from Garland County.
