03 Mar 2025 Searcy to host Regional Robotics Tournament March 7-8
SEARCY — The 2025 Arkansas Regional Robotics Tournament is set to return to Searcy Lion Arena March 7-8, bringing together some of the brightest young minds in engineering, technology and innovation. Hosted by FIRST Robotics, this highly anticipated event is expected to once again make a major impact on both the local economy and the future of STEM education.

With 30 teams traveling from across Arkansas and 11 other states, this tournament offers a platform for students to showcase their creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork as they design, build and compete with robots. The 2024 event welcomed 28 teams from states including Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Minnesota and Kansas, drawing an estimated 2,000 attendees. With the continued growth and excitement surrounding the tournament, 2025 is expected to be even bigger featuring nine teams with extensive World Championship-level expertise.

The 2025 Arkansas Regional is open and free of charge to spectators, and we invite the community to come out and support these incredible students as they put their skills to the test.
