Sacred Heart to celebrate Cinco de Mayo

On Saturday, May 5, Sacred Heart will once again host Cinco de Mayo in the SH gym/Ruff Auditorium from 5 to 10 p.m.

Dinner will be served from 5 to 8 p.m. There will be all-you-can-eat authentic tacos, prepared by Hispanic members of the Sacred Heart parish, as well as chips, salsa and cheese dip from Elia’s Mexican Grill.

Families are welcome.

Ticket prices are $15 for ages 12 and older, $10 for 6-12 years, and age 5 and younger eat free.

DJ Geronimo T Contractor Ltd. will play from 8 to 10 p.m. Drink armbands will be available for purchase.

All proceeds benefit Sacred Heart’s “Serve the Present. Honor the Past. Inspire the Future.” Capital Campaign. Sacred Heart has raised 88 percent of the $3.45 million goal to pay for the recent addition of six classrooms, a safe room and to expand the church vestibule.
