LITTLE ROCK — The opening concerts of the 20th anniversary season of the River City Men’s Chorus are planned for 3 p.m., Sept. 17 and at 7 p.m. on Sept. 18 and 21 at St. James United Methodist Church, 321 Pleasant Valley Drive. The performances are free and open to the public.
