A special ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, for The Gardens at Southridge, a newly developed subdivision.
A group of young construction and real estate professionals have teamed up to build and develop the new style of neighborhood in South Conway.
Sandstone co-owner Greg Hunt and Salter Properties developer Brent Salter both say that the new subdivision is going to attract new prospects to the area and enhance the style of homeownership for the city of Conway.
The subdivision will consist of more than 60 energy-smart homes at affordable prices with upscale design features.
