Red Curtain to present ‘Love…and Broadway’

Red Curtain Theatre will explore the deep emotions and mysterious magic of love through “Love…and Broadway” from Friday, Feb. 10, through Sunday, Feb. 12, at Staples Auditorium at Hendrix College.

This musical revue will highlight some of Broadway’s most notable love songs and the audience will experience powerful performances by talented vocalists from across Central Arkansas such as Michael Goodbar, Johnny Passmore, Ellen Westerman, Sonya Williams and more.

Director Jennifer Ruud says, “There are so many different situations that can capture love and so many varied ways of expressing love. There is not just romantic love, but there is love in hope, loss, friendship, unity, regret and so much more. ‘Love and Broadway’ captures the essence of love in its many forms. I’m excited about the selections and the immense talent we have pulled in from the Central Arkansas community for this production.”
