Red Curtain sets 2017 season

Red Curtain Theatre enters 2017 with a season full of classic titles, inspiring storytelling and captivating drama. Eight record events will be featured in the fourth season and will include both community theatre and youth musical workshop productions.

“We have packed our fourth season full of magic, mystery, intrigue, humor and most importantly, love. Whether you are an actor or patron, there is a little bit of something for everyone this season,” said Kristen Sherman, executive director.

The season includes:

•    “Love and… BROADWAY, A Valentine Musical Revue” – Friday, Feb. 10, through Sunday, Feb. 12.

•    “Godspell Jr.” – Friday, April 7, through Saturday, April 15.

•    “Barefoot in the Park” – Friday, May 19, through Sunday, May 21.

•    “The Lion King KIDS” – Friday, June 16, through Sunday, June 18.

•    “Hello, Dolly!” – Friday, July 28, through Sunday, Aug. 6.

•    “Deathtrap” – Friday, Sept. 8, through Sunday, Sept. 10.

•    “Sleepy Hollow, A Musical Tale” – Friday, Oct. 20, through Sunday, Oct. 29.

•    “Miracle on 34th Street the Musical” – Friday, Dec. 8, through Sunday, Dec. 17.

Season ticket packages will be available for purchase beginning Wednesday, Dec. 21, at a cost of $100, which is a 20 percent savings. Individual tickets will become available one month prior to each production. Audition, registration and additional performance information will be announced on the website.

Red Curtain Theatre is a performing arts theatre company in Conway.
