Options available for holiday meals

Mike’s Place

For the second year, one of Downtown Conway’s finest dining establishments will offer carryout Thanksgiving meals as well as a spectacular dining experience on New Year’s Eve.
Chef John McNamara is the contact to place your pick-up order. The dining room will not be open on Thanksgiving Day, so you’ll want to plan ahead.
It’s a very busy place during the holidays as many want to “deck the halls” with Mike’s Place as our “chef du la season.”

Mather Lodge Restaurant

Traditionally, the Thanksgiving Day Feast atop Petit Jean Mountain has been a sellout crowd. Chef Robert Justice and Sous Chef Kate Saunders prepare a Thanksgiving buffet with an amazing array of culinary favorites.
The lemon ice box pie will be a “forever favorite.” The restaurant opens for breakfast at 7 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day and lunch begins at 10:30 a.m.
The meal is offered on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations required. The price is about $15 per person. Christmas dining is also an option — those plans are in the making at this time.

Chris Jennings will give you all the dessert choices for your holiday table. To order ahead of time is the only route to go.
Cross Creek Sandwich Shop is open daily for lunch, and closed on Sundays. For more information, please call 501.764.1811.

Bob’s Grill

If you want to get a jumpstart on a dining experience with a down-home flare, you have the option of Bob’s Grill, 1112 Oak Street in Downtown Conway.
The restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving Day, but on the Wednesday prior to official “turkey day,” Thanksgiving lunch is served in a truly home-grown atmosphere! Turkey, vegetables and dessert options are available for $6.50 per person!
