NORTH LITTLE ROCK — The City of North Little Rock and the North Little Rock Police Department invite residents, partners and community leaders to the formal swearing‑in of Hayward Finks as the next Chief of Police.

The ceremony and reception will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, at the North Little Rock Event Center, 120 Main Street.

This event marks a historic moment as Chief Finks becomes the first Black Chief of Police in the City of North Little Rock.
