02 Oct 2023 NLR Christmas Parade invites entries

NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The 2023 North Little Rock Sertoma Christmas Parade is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3. The deadline for entries is Nov. 27.

All clubs, organizations, schools, churches and businesses are encouraged to participate in the parade. The theme is “Beloved Christmas Characters,” though officials are asking for no Santa entries because North Little Rock will have one Santa at the parade finale. For the full list of entry eligibility rules and to fill out the entry application, visit https://northlittlerock.org/2023-holiday-season-lineup-in-north-little-rock. All entry forms must be returned by Monday, November 27, 2023.

Free and open to the public, the parade will begin at Pershing Boulevard, head south on Main Street and end at Washington Avenue. The parade features floats, marching groups, decorated cars and trucks, school groups, pageant winners, equestrian riders and Santa. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs for viewing along Main Street. The parade will also go by Argenta Plaza (510 Main Street), where North Little Rock has set up its 38-foot Christmas tree.
