Phillip Jones has built his career around service, relationships and a deep commitment to helping others. As a REALTOR® and principal broker and owner of Arkansas Mountain Real Estate in Clinton, he understands that buying or selling a property is more than a single transaction. It is often one of the most important financial decisions a family will make.

“I wanted a career where I could serve others while making a positive impact on my local community,” Jones said. “For me, being a REALTOR® is about supporting families as they build their futures.”

That people-first approach has shaped Jones’ work throughout changing markets, economic uncertainty and an ever-evolving industry. Each day brings new challenges, but he remains focused on communication, professionalism and honesty. “I enjoy the relationships and learning opportunities that come with real estate,” he said.

Jones’ commitment to service extends far beyond his business. He is actively involved with the Arkansas REALTORS® Association and is currently serving as president of the more than 11,000-member organization. He works alongside other REALTORS® to strengthen ethical business practices and improve communities as part of the association’s advocacy, leadership and professional development efforts. “One of my proudest accomplishments has been serving in leadership roles for the Arkansas REALTORS® Association and collaborating with fellow professionals to protect property rights,” he said.

His community involvement also includes serving as president of the Clinton Athletic Booster Club, as a board member of the Clinton School District and as a firefighter for the Clinton Fire Department. These volunteer roles reflect his belief that success is measured not only by professional achievement but by the impact a person has on others.

Jones credits his family, mentors and colleagues for helping shape his career and personal values. Despite a busy work and volunteer schedule, he said, “I never miss an opportunity to travel with my wife. I also enjoy being a part of community activities and building relationships, including with my fellow REALTORS®.”
