Men of the Moment 2026: Patrick Lewis

Patrick Lewis has built his career on the belief that numbers tell a story and people bring those numbers to life. The community bank president for Arvest Bank blends financial expertise with a genuine commitment to helping others achieve stability and long-term success.

“Every day, I strive to build meaningful relationships that aren’t simply managing transactions but providing financial advice and tools to help our clients reach their short- and long-term goals for their business,” Lewis said. “That balance has kept me passionate about this industry for more than two decades.”

Driven by curiosity, he thrives on listening closely and asking thoughtful questions, uncovering the motivations behind each business and family he serves.

“This relationship-first approach aligns perfectly with Arvest Bank’s mission of ‘people helping people find financial solutions for life,’” he said.

Among his professional milestones, earning the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation in 2022 serves as a defining moment. Still, Lewis emphasizes that his greatest accomplishments are the long-term partnerships he has nurtured throughout his career.  “Seeing our clients and our community thrive is the ultimate reward,” he said.

Lewis’ community service extends beyond the bank’s walls. A longtime member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Conway, he takes pride in the club’s work supporting children’s charities through the annual Toad Suck 5K/10K race. He also serves on the board of Create Conway and is a frequent supporter of the monthly Art Walk.

“These organizations are vital because they weave the social fabric of our city, ensuring that Conway remains a vibrant, supportive place to live and work,” he said.

At the heart of everything Lewis does is gratitude. He credits his parents, Jim and Susanne, for instilling the values that guide him, and his wife, Kaylen, and their children, Darby, Dylan and Dean, as his greatest source of pride and motivation.
