Beau Odom has spent the past two decades building more than a successful IT company. He has built relationships, created opportunities for others and developed a business culture rooted in trust, gratitude and service. As owner and CEO of Professional Computer Services Inc., Odom combines his passion for solving problems with a genuine desire to help people succeed.
“I’ve always been drawn to solving problems and helping people,” he said. “Owning an IT company gives me an opportunity to do both every single day.” That mindset has guided Professional Computer Services through 20 years of growth and constant technological change while continuing to serve businesses across Central Arkansas.
For Odom, the most rewarding part of the business is not just the technology. It is the people. He enjoys helping clients overcome challenges and providing peace of mind, while also creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
“No two days are ever the same, and I still enjoy learning something new every day,” he said.
One of Odom’s proudest accomplishments is sustaining and growing the business through economic shifts and rapid advancements in technology. Yet he says his greatest success is building a company that supports his family and allows him to work alongside people he cares about. Watching employees grow personally and professionally has become one of the most fulfilling parts of his journey.
Outside of work, Odom enjoys collecting watches and studying the craftsmanship and history behind timepieces. He appreciates the precision, engineering and stories that are passed down through generations.
He credits much of his success to his wife, Hollie, and his family for their unwavering support throughout the years. Above all, he said he is proudest of his marriage, his children and the life they have built together.
