Following a 21-20 semifinals loss to El Dorado and a 9-4 finish, Coach Jerry Clay and the Wolves seek revenge this fall and a return to their 2008 state championship glory.

Lake Hamilton returns nearly every offensive starter, including senior quarterback and reigning Garland County Offensive Player of the Year, Levi Runyan (6-2, 180). Runyan passed for more than 2,700 yards in 2011 while amassing more than 550 yards rushing.

Defensively, the Wolves return eight starters, including senior safety Carter Greathouse (6-3 180) and junior defensive tackle Gavin De Los Santos (6-2 275), both who had missed the last half of 2010 due to injury. Carter garnered all-conference honors last fall with 63 tackles.

"We had a very competitive season in 2010 and are looking forward to 2011," Clay said.

After facing a 2010 schedule with just four home games, the Wolves have the advantage of hosting six games this fall.
