Humane society plans event Nov. 3

The Humane Society of Pulaski County will host its 27th Annual Reigning Cats and Dogs! fundraiser, featuring a live and silent auction, from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Next Level Events at the Historic Little Rock Train Station.

There will be a Champagne Preview for Sponsors at 6 p.m.

The Royal Red Carpet Entrance for adoptable animals will begin around 6:30.

Hundreds of supporters are expected to come together for an entertaining evening in support of the humane society, which uses the donations from this event to help support its Emergency Medical Fund. The fund supports critical animals in the shelter that require care after hours at other facilities, animals that need specialty surgery for orthopedic and complex internal issues, and diagnostic testing and professional consultations beyond the scope of shelter resources.
