Holocaust survivor to visit area

Almost 70 years have passed since the end of World War II, which concluded a horrendous time in our world’s history known as the Holocaust.

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton and the University of Central Arkansas are proud to announce that Henry Greenbaum, a Holocaust survivor, will visit Morrilton and Conway in March for three speaking appearances.

Greenbaum is a speaker volunteer from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. On Tuesday, March 12, he will share his story at 9:45 a.m. at the H.B. White Auditorium at Morrilton High School. At 6:30 that evening, he will speak at the Fine Arts Auditorium at UACCM.

Additionally, Greenbaum will speak at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at the Conway High School James H. Clark Auditorium.

Each of these events is free and open to the public.
