Healthy ideas for brown bag lunches

Four lunch ideas:

1. Homemade lunchable

10 whole wheat crackers

1-2 oz. deli ham

Carrot and celery sticks with 2 tbl. reduced-fat ranch dressing

1 chopped up string cheese

10 grapes and 1/2 banana

 

2. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread

2 tbl. peanut butter or almond butter

1 tbl. all-natural jelly

1 cup skim milk

1/2 small banana

1/4 cup blueberries

 

3. Turkey pinwheels

1 flour tortilla

2 oz. deli turkey

1/4 cup shredded cheese

Roll up tortilla and cut into sections

Carrot and celery sticks with 2 tbl. reduced-fat ranch dressing

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

 

4. Grilled cheese sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread

1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Toast bread in toaster, top bread with cheese, toast in skillet until cheese melted.

Sliced cherry tomatoes, small raw broccoli florets

1/2 sliced apple and 2 cuties
