Scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 12, the CHILI COOKOFF will be held from 7 to 11 a.m., with the parade beginning at 2 p.m. Both events will be held around City Hall. (Inclement weather reschedules parade only to Sunday, Dec. 13.)
