First Service expands Clinton team

First Service Bank recently announced that Sonya Washington has been hired as a loan and business development officer in its Clinton and Marshall markets.  

“We are excited to be expanding our lending team and feel Sonya will be a great addition and will help enhance our customer experience,” said Darla McJunkins, president of the Van Buren and Searcy County markets.

Sonya grew up in Marshall and moved to Clinton in 1992. She worked as a closing agent and licensed title insurance agent for 20 years at Cannaday Abstract & Title Company. She most recently held the position of acquisition agent for the Arkansas Department of Transportation in Little Rock.
