Diana and Phil Kirkland of Conway hosted a reception benefitting “Fill the Boot” in their Beaverfork Lake home.

Conway Firefighters Local 4016 organizes the annual campaign, which raises money to help families in need during the holidays. The main fundraising effort involves off-duty firefighters and other volunteers who man local parking lots with boot in hand to accept donations.

The reception was planned to increase awareness about “Fill the Boot” and raise additional funds.
