Conway Corp recently promoted two cable department employees.

Jason Fleming has been promoted from Business Class Service Specialist to Broadband Distribution Specialist. He has earned certification by the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) in all aspects of the network from the optical node to the distribution tap. Specifications of the certification include: system architectures, distribution components, signal types, troubleshooting and maintenance, construction and field safety.

Fleming will celebrate his six-year anniversary with Conway Corp in October.

Justin Moore has been promoted from Service Technician to Business Class Service Specialist. Moore has also earned certification by the SCTE to install and troubleshoot business services for small to medium businesses while impacting the metrics of the customer experience. Specifications of the certification include: HFC networks, ethernet services, networking fundamentals, customer service, performance verification, fault management, enterprise voice and managed services.

Moore celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the company in February.
