11 Dec 2023 Conway Corp Cable Department announces promotions

Conway Corp has announced the promotions of Justin Kimbrow and Wesley Manion in the Cable Telecommunication Systems Department.

In his new position as lead telecom maintenance technician, Kimbrow will help lead maintenance projects and serve as a direct mentor for others on his team.

“For more than 15 years, Justin has been a part of many project upgrades in our system as a maintenance technician,” Conway Corp Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said. “He does a great job of taking a project on head first and seeing it through to completion. He is committed to excellence and all he does for our team and customers.” 

Manion has been promoted to lead telecommunications installer technician. In this role, he will aid and assist other installers and will also provide mentorship to those on his team. 

“In Wesley’s almost nine years on the team, he has taken advantage of every opportunity given to him,” Conway Corp Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said. “He is very aggressive in his learning through courses and certifications and is consistently looking for ways to help others.” 

Kimbrow started his career at Conway Corp in 2008 as an installer trainee. Manion also began his career at Conway Corp as an installer trainee, joining the company in 2014.
