CONWAY – The Conductor, in partnership with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, proudly announces the launch of the 8th cohort of the 10X Growth Accelerator, a 14-week program dedicated to supporting Arkansas-based entrepreneurs as they chart a path toward significant growth and success.

The Kick-Off celebration, held at the Arnold Innovation Center powered by Conway Corporation, brought together a dynamic group of business leaders, mentors, and program participants, setting the stage for an intensive and rewarding experience. Participants in this year’s cohort represent a diverse range of industries, each bringing their own strengths and potential to the program.

“We’re thrilled to begin another year of the 10X Growth Accelerator, a program that has consistently helped Arkansas companies scale and thrive,” said Jeff Standridge, Managing Director of the Conductor. “The success stories of our alumni, who have gone on to achieve remarkable milestones, serve as a testament to the power of this program. We’re excited to see what this year’s cohort will accomplish.”

“We are excited to partner with the Conductor on their 10X Growth Accelerator Program as they kick off their eighth cohort in the state,” said Esperanza Massana Crane, director of the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development Division for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. “Their commitment stimulating innovation and growth aligns with our objective to expand the state’s technology sector, creating high-skill, high-wage job opportunities.”

Through this program, over 100 Arkansas-based companies have set the path for sustained, exponential growth. For more than six years, the 10X Growth Accelerator has been instrumental in driving the rapid growth and success of Arkansas companies. Companies more than 4 years out from the program report an average 3.9X growth in revenue. Alumni such as Teslar Software, Power Technology, Aptus Financial, Data Driven Partners, and Inspire International have all gone on to achieve remarkable success, highlighting the program’s ability to foster real, sustainable growth.
