18 Apr 2022 Celebrate 501 Day in North Little Rock

NORTH LITTLE ROCK — To celebrate all things “local,” Arkansas cities and organizations located within the 501 area code are teaming up for an area-wide celebration on May 1, known as “501 Day.” This is the second year for the regional event. North Little Rock businesses, city departments and community organizations will participate with events and special deals on Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1. 

“There will be a variety of ways to celebrate 501 Day in North Little Rock by supporting local businesses and getting involved in the community,” said Stephanie Slagle, director of marketing for the North Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. “One of the highlights will be free recreational classes and live performances by Ballet Arkansas at Argenta Plaza.”
