"What a great win for this team. We knew we would compete today, but Wonderview has a terrific team and this is a big shot of confidence for us. Everyone who played had some great moments out there. This tournament has really given us some great games that should make us better down the stretch," said head coach Jeremy Carson.

To get to the finals, the Lady Eagles used a 17-0 run in the first and second periods to slide past Shirley by a score of 28-25. Shirley made a run in the second half to close to within 1, but the Lady Eagles were able to hold on. Adrianna Ferrand led the Lady Eagles in scoring with 8 points and 10 rebounds.
