Arkansas Air National Guard Brigadier General Travis D. “Dwight” Balch will be the featured speaker at the 68th annual Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce Banquet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, at Harding University.

Tickets are $25 each.

Banquet sponsors are Regions Bank, Sherwood Urgent Care, Southern Bank and Southwestern Energy.
