05 May 2025 Arkansas PBS hosts successful filming of ‘Arkansas Treasures’ in Conway
CONWAY — Arkansas PBS hosted a two-day filming event on April 12 and 13 for the second season of “Arkansas Treasures” — the network’s original production that provides evaluations from professional appraisers for collectibles and antiques .

“Arkansas Treasures” encourages supporters from across the state to bring treasures from their attics, basements, barns and beyond to be evaluated by a professional (for entertainment purposes only) and potentially have their stories shared in the broadcast series.

Professional evaluators met with individuals to learn more about their heirlooms, collectibles and garage sale finds, and viewers will get to hear some of the most fascinating stories of how these items were acquired and how much each is potentially worth. Amory LeCuyer, owner and lead appraiser for Hampton House Auctions in Yorktown, Virginia, served as lead appraiser for the production.

Major funding for Arkansas Treasures is provided by The Moving Image Trust Fund. Additional funding is provided by Cherokee Nation Businesses and the ESSE Purse Museum.
