10 May 2026 501DER WOMAN 2026: Tina Bogard
Tina Bogard believes leadership is not about reaching the top alone. It is about bringing others with you. Bogard has spent decades in long-term care, building a career rooted in compassion and connection. She began as a business office manager, knowing early on that caring for others was her calling. Today, as the administrator at Heritage Living Center, she leads with both experience and heart.

“Engaging with residents and families and learning about their lives is what I find most fulfilling,” she said. “Encouraging them to enjoy the remainder of their life and being part of that means everything.”
Bogard takes pride in her journey, becoming a licensed nursing home administrator in 2019 after years of dedication to the field. Her work is grounded in relationships, not just responsibilities, and she values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families.
Outside of work, she finds joy in her family, including her husband, Troy, and their children. She also gives back through efforts like supporting H. Mae’s Cupboard, helping provide food and essentials to families in need.
Her advice to younger women is simple. “Never give up if the path you thought was right doesn’t feel fulfilling. Explore until you find your passion,” she said.
To Bogard, a Wonder Woman is strong, independent and fearless, someone who steps up when needed and supports others along the way.
In both her leadership and her life, she continues to live out her belief that success is best measured by how many people you lift up along the way.
