501DER WOMAN 2026: Stefanie Holt Vann

From a life rooted in service, Stefanie Holt Vann brings a heart for helping others to her role as marketing officer and vice president of First Security Bank. “Our community outreach is one of my favorite things. Helping many organizations in our community is very rewarding. We love showing our customers how to ‘bank better’ with First Security Bank,” she said.

Vann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Central Arkansas, a graduate degree from Paul W. Barret Jr. Graduate School of Banking at Christian Brothers University and is a graduate of the Faulkner County Leadership Institute.

Her leadership extends far beyond the bank. Vann finds purpose in giving her time and talents to nonprofits. She has been a member of the Conway Human Development Center Volunteer Council for more than 20 years, currently as secretary and treasurer. She is also a board member for Bethlehem House and supports fundraising efforts for the Conway Youth Bowling program. She praises each organization for its meaningful impact on the people it serves.

She considers her grandmother, Mary Ruth Campbell, one of the greatest Wonder Women in her life, and their special bond remains a source of her inspiration. “‘Mamaw’ was a true Wonder Woman, and her special power was her faith and unconditional love,” Vann said. She admired her grandmother’s grace and humility, dedication to family, church and the family business. “There is not a day that goes by without at least one thing that makes me remember her and smile.”

Vann and her husband, Kyle, have been married 18 years and are most proud of their 16-year-old son, Hayden. “Kyle and I are beyond blessed and proud of the young man he is becoming,” she said.

Her advice is simple and sincere: Be genuine, kind, honest and intentional, and remember to have fun.
