For Cindy Tullous and Paityn Raine, the beauty industry is about far more than appearance. It is about confidence, care and connection. Tullous built her career on a foundation of service. After deciding at just 5 years old that she wanted to become a nurse, she spent 15 years as a registered nurse before opening Beyond Skin Deep Aesthetics in Conway. Her work continues to be rooted in compassion, shaped by her experience in mental health, and her commitment to giving back. She regularly supports local organizations such as the Conway shelter and Cradle Care, reflecting her belief that community care extends beyond the treatment room.

Raine represents a new generation of entrepreneurs, building PR Beauty Bar from the ground up. What started as practicing services on friends in her living room has grown into a thriving business focused on helping clients look and feel their best. “Being able to enhance someone’s natural beauty while also being part of their self-care routine feels empowering,” she said.

Despite different paths, the mother-daughter team shares a common purpose. They are enthusiastic about creating welcoming spaces where clients feel valued and confident. Tullous emphasizes perseverance, encouraging others to “always bet on yourself,” while Raine highlights the importance of patience and consistency, reminding women that growth takes time.

Family and personal well-being also remain central to their lives. Tullous finds joy in her large family, including 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Together, they reflect the evolving landscape of the beauty industry in Central Arkansas, where experience and fresh perspective come together to serve others.
