Karen Ferguson, known as Central Arkansas’s “Go-Getter REALTOR®,” has built a thriving career in real estate by combining professional excellence with a deep commitment to her community. This 501DER WOMAN has earned a reputation for results, including being voted Best Real Estate Agent in Faulkner County in the Log Cabin Democrat’s Community Choice Awards and achieving the No. 1 sales volume for 2025 at LPT Realty. Her accomplishments also include Hall of Fame recognition, the Legacy Award, LUXE Luxury Listing Specialist designation and more than 150 five-star Google reviews.

Ferguson finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others. She guides clients through one of life’s most important decisions — homebuying and selling, while her role as a business owner allows her to extend that impact into the community. Giving back is personal for Ferguson, who was raised by a single mother and understands the value of support. Today, she serves on the Board of Directors for Harbor Home for Women and the Conway Ministry Center. She is also an active member and ambassador of the Conway Chamber of Commerce, a member and community partner of the Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce and part of the Grow Greenbrier business group.

Outside of work, her greatest joy is her granddaughter, and she cherishes her role as “Mimi.” She also enjoys camping with family, spending weekends at a cabin her husband built, and traveling. Ferguson encourages younger women with a simple message: It is never too late to become the best version of yourself.
