501DER WOMAN 2026: Julie Chambers

Julie Chambers has built her career on a foundation of discipline, integrity and a deep belief in the power of meaningful work. At First Service Bank, she plays a central role in shaping the bank’s strategic direction. Working closely with the CEO and COO, she provides financial insight that guides key decisions and helps turn long-term vision into reality. “I love being part of a team that drives meaningful growth,” she said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see the bank expand while watching our customers achieve long-term success.”

A certified public accountant and the 2020 recipient of the Tom Grumbles Award, she also leads the bank’s government-guaranteed lending team, which provides Farm Service Agency and Small Business Administration loan products. She is especially proud of helping First Service Bank earn preferred lender status with both programs, a milestone that has allowed the bank to support countless small businesses and farmers across the region.

At home, Julie is supported by her husband, Jack, and their three daughters. Macy, a senior at Greenbrier High School, will attend UCA in the fall. Isabella is an elite competitive cheerleader with Cheer Force Arkansas and a dancer at Sonshine Academy. Amelia plays softball with the Sugar Bears and dances with the Sonshine Academy Belles. Their busy, joy-filled life keeps Julie grounded and grateful.

She credits her mother as her personal Wonder Woman, a woman who modeled integrity, hard work and the power of positivity throughout a career in education. “She is incredibly talented with a natural gift for connecting with others, something that has made a lasting impact on so many lives,” she said.

To her younger self, Julie would offer simple but powerful advice: “Stop overthinking and just go for it. Take the step you’ve been putting off. You’re more capable than you think.”
