Some people build careers. Cynthia Frost builds people. As the senior vice president and regional retail leader at Centennial Bank, Frost is known for developing strong teams and helping others reach their full potential. “My greatest accomplishment in my career is helping my team be successful in their careers,” she said. Her path into banking began early. While still in high school, Frost served on a student banking board, an experience that sparked her interest in the industry and shaped her future.
