At Glow Aesthetics in Greenbrier, beauty is more than skin deep. It is about creating a space where women feel seen, supported and confident in who they are.

For owner Meredith Post, that mission has been nearly a decade in the making. What began as a vision has grown into a 4,000-square-foot facility that welcomes women from across the state. 

“I have worked very hard to make Glow a place that feels accessible to all women,” she said. “When women walk through our doors, I want them to feel they have a safe place to lay down everything the world puts on them.” 

That vision expanded when nurse practitioner Alexa Medlock joined the space, bringing her own approach to personalized care. Through Medlock Aesthetics, she helps patients feel confident through individualized treatment plans built on trust and education. “Helping people feel confident and happy with themselves is the most fulfilling part of what I do,” she said.

Their partnership is rooted in mutual respect and a shared belief in lifting others up. Post describes Medlock as supportive and inspiring, while Medlock credits Post with building a space known for kindness and care. Medlock is also excited about new, innovative services that will be added soon! Beyond their work, both women are deeply connected to their families and community, balancing business ownership with motherhood and service. Post serves her community as the only woman on the Greenbrier City Council, bringing a different perspective to important decisions.
