Everything up until now was simply practice.

This Friday, the 2011 high school football playoffs begin in Arkansas, and more than 35 teams from the 501 will be setting sights on a championship finish.

But only six teams will claim the prize. Will one or more be from the 501? We’ll find out soon enough.
