CONWAY — Conductor, in collaboration with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, is proud to announce the opening of applications for the 8th cohort of the highly anticipated 10X Growth Accelerator program. Funding for the The 10X Growth Accelerator is provided by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, making the program available to eligible businesses at no cost.

Tailored for Arkansas-based tech or tech-enabled companies with revenues ranging from $100,000 to $10 million, the 10X Growth Accelerator Program offers a comprehensive 14-week intensive curriculum designed to propel businesses towards exponential growth and success. These companies will work with our expert advisors to craft strategies for long-term sustainable growth while reshaping their culture and processes to fit a new vision.

The curriculum of the program encompasses essential areas such as Leadership & Culture, Strategic Growth Planning, Operational Effectiveness, Innovation Readiness, Financial Health, Digital Readiness, and Revenue Velocity. This comprehensive approach equips participants with the tools and strategies necessary to achieve 10X growth.
