Winthrop Rockefeller Institute will present “Taste of Brazil” in its Chef’s Tasting Dinner: Cooking Series on Saturday, July 9. These multi-course culinary experiences capture the essence of flavors representing a specific place and/or time. Each dinner consists of 15-20 “tasting courses” or small portions that capture the essence of a certain dish in just a few bites. Registration closes the Sunday before each class.
