WRI hosts Political Reform Conference

The event is free and open to the public. During 2012, a year-long celebration is planned to highlight the legacy of Winthrop Rockefeller in the state 40 years after he left office as the state’s 37th governor.

Winthrop Rockefeller Institute will convene political scholars, journalists and other experts over the course of the two-day conference to discuss the contributions made by Gov. Rockefeller in the arena of government reform and explore current efforts to strengthen the democratic system nationally.
