24 Sep 2012 WRI hosts 'La Cucina Italiana' culinary workshop
The Winthrop Rockefeller Institute will host a culinary workshop titled “La Cucina Italiana (The Italian Kitchen)” on Saturday, Sept. 29.
Robert Hall, executive chef/culinary director at WRI, will present the workshop which will include how to cook all things Italian, from basic pesto to rustic pan sauces, from quick gnocchi to handmade pasta, and from simple biscotti to versatile panna cotta.
The "Made from Scratch" Culinary Workshops offer every “cheficinado” an opportunity to test out and develop new skills and techniques by attending a wholesome, hands-on cooking class at Winthrop Rockefeller Institute atop Petit Jean Mountain.
