WRI cooking series continues

Winthrop Rockefeller Institute will present “Tour of Italy” in its Chef’s Tasting Dinner: Cooking Series on Friday, Oct. 7. These multi-course culinary experiences capture the essence of flavors representing a specific place and/or time. Each dinner consists of 15-20 “tasting courses,” or small portions that capture the essence of a certain dish in just a few bites. Registration closes the Sunday before each class.
